The event was organized to commemorate the birth anniversaries of Swami Vivekananda, an inspiration for the youth, and Rajmata Jijau, the mother of Swarajya. The programme was graced by several dignitaries, including Block Education Officer Arun Giripunje, former Cluster Head Umashankar Pardhi, retired Headmaster Manohar Patle, and School Director Ramkrishna Shende.
Cultural Performances: Students from Nursery to Class VII captivated the audience not only with dance but by confidently explaining their art. Performances focused on patriotic themes such as 'Operation Sindoor', 'Meri Mati Mera Desh', 'Jai Jawan Jai Kisan', and the ideals of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
Interactive Sessions: Former Cluster Head Umashankar Pardhi engaged the audience by asking parents culture-related questions, creating a lively atmosphere.
Honesty Box Initiative: A standout moment of the event was the "Honesty Box." A 10-rupee coin and ₹30 found at the venue were honestly handed over to the administration by Trishita Hitesh Kumar Gautam (Class V) and teacher Sadhana Rahangdale, setting a living example of integrity.
The gathering saw enthusiastic participation from parents, which added to the event's significance. Dignitaries and citizens expressed optimism that the programme went beyond mere entertainment; it served as an inspiring event that "ignited the torch of values" and provided a positive direction to society.
The proceedings were coordinated by Ratnakar Shende and Sai Samadhan Khiratkar under the guidance of Varsha Chauragade.
